Former Chief of Defence Staff, Admiral Ibrahim Ogohi is dead.
He was born on 14 November 1948.
He passed away in Abuja in the early hours of Sunday, June 30, as stated in a statement by the Director of Defence Information, Brig-Gen. Tukur Gusau.
Ogohi was Nigeria’s Chief of Defence Staff from 1999 to 2003.
