The suspension placed on Muhuyi Magaji Rimingado, the chairman of the Kano State Public Complaints and Anti-Corruption Commission (PCACC), by the Code of Conduct Tribunal (CCT) has been quashed by an Abuja Appeal Court. A three-member panel of justices, in the lead judgment read by Justice Umaru Fadawu on Friday, also ordered that the matter be re-assigned to another panel of the Code of Conduct Tribunal. The FCT Directorate of National Agency for Food and Drug Administration and Control (NAFDAC) has confiscated alcoholic beverages in sachet and PET bottles in Wuse Market, Abuja. The Federal Government, on Thursday, launched a N20 billion consumer credit fund to stimulate demand for locally-assembled automobiles.
