Justices R.M Aikawa and Hauwa’u Buhari of the Federal High Court, sitting in Kaduna have convicted and sentenced five persons to prison for fraud. The alleged sexual abuse case involving the Permanent Secretary of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs is already before the highest staff disciplinary body, a top official has confirmed. The News Agency of Nigeria(NAN) reports that Foreign Affairs Minister Yusuf Tuggar had taken the matter to the Office of the Head of Service.
