Kayode Egbetokun, the Inspector General of Police (IGP), has banned the Western Nigeria Security Network, codenamed Amotekun and vigilante group, among others, from participating in the Ondo State governorship election. The National Emergency Management Agency (NEMA) has continued with flood intervention in Rivers State by distributing relief items to those affected by the disaster in the Ruhali Community of Ogbogoro Kingdom, Obio/Akpor Local Government Area.
