NNPCL spokesman, Olufemi Soneye, has confirmed that the helicopter operated by East Winds Aviation which crashed was engaged by the petroleum company. The ill-fated helicopter crashed in Port Harcourt, the Rivers State capital, on Thursday, and had personnel of the Nigerian National Petroleum Company Limited (NNPCL) onboard.
