Three officials of the Lagos State House of Assembly (LSHA) have tendered formal apologies to the Department of State Services (DSS) after being arrested for assaulting DSS operatives during the recent leadership crisis at the legislative house. The Governor of Edo State, Monday Okpebholo, has condemned the mob attack and killing of travelers in the state who were accused of kidnapping. The victims, who were reportedly hunters traveling for Sallah, were intercepted by a mob in Uromi, Esan North East Local Government Area.
