The Federal Government has announced the commencement of milling work between Osborne Phase I (Traffic Light) and Osborne Phase II to prepare the section for resurfacing with asphalt. The Federal Controller of Works in Lagos State, Mrs Olukorede Kesha, announced in a statement on Wednesday in Lagos.
