The Federal Government has announced the commencement of milling work between Osborne Phase I (Traffic Light) and Osborne Phase II to prepare the section for resurfacing with asphalt. The Federal Controller of Works in Lagos State, Mrs Olukorede Kesha, announced in a statement on Wednesday in Lagos. The Supreme Court will tomorrow, deliver judgment in the suit filed by the Federal Government against the 36 Governors seeking full autonomy for the 774 local governments in the country. A document sighted on Wednesday at the apex court indicated that parties in the suit have been notified through their respective lawyers.
