A former Deputy Governor of Ondo State, Alhaji Lasisi Oluboyo, has attributed friction between governors and their deputies to greed and lust for power on the party of the deputy. Oluboyo, who spoke in an interview in Akure, declared his interest to become the next Chairman of the All Progressives Congress (APC) in Ondo State. Pope Francis died of a stroke, causing a coma and “irreversible” heart failure, according to his death certificate released by the Vatican on Monday. The death toll from the collapsed three-storey building in the Ojodu-Berger area of Lagos has risen to seven, following the recovery of two additional bodies on Monday afternoon.
