In a unanimous decision by a three-man panel of Justices, the appellate court, dismissed an appeal that was brought before it by the All Progressives Congress, APC, and its candidate, Chief Timipre Sylva. The Police Command in Lagos State says it has arrested two suspected hoodlums over the death of a vigilante member in the Epe area of the state.
