The United States President Donald Trump has stated plans to impose a travel ban on 43 countries. According to a report on Saturday, Reuters cited an internal memo and officials familiar with the matter. The memo lists a total of 43 countries divided into three groups: red, orange, and yellow. Justice James Omotosho of the Federal High Court Abuja has dismissed a suit seeking to stop the Minister of FCT, Nyesom Wike, and the Abuja Environmental Protection Board (AEPB) from arresting and prosecuting Commercial Sex Workers (CSWs) in Abuja. Delivering judgement, Justice Omotosho, held that the application of the plaintiff was incompetent under the Fundamental Rights (Enforcement Procedure) Rules, 2009. Justice Inyang Ekwo of the Federal High Court Abuja on Tuesday restrained the Nigerian Police Force (NPF) from tendering a DNA test result against Kabiru Turaki, former Special Duties and Inter-Governmental Affairs Minister.
