Nigerian music star, David Adeleke, popularly known as Davido, has announced his fifth studio album, 5IVE, set for release in 2025.
In a post on X on Thursday, the ‘Awuke’ crooner revealed that a single from the album, titled Funds, will be released at midnight. The track features Odumodublvck and Chike.
Describing the album, Davido said it reflects his personal journey and growth as an artist.
He tweeted, “My People! THE JOURNEY CONTINUES in 2025 with my new album, 5IVE!! This one is straight from the heart – my story, my truth, my growth.

The upcoming album will be the music star’s fifth studio release, following Omo Baba Olowo (2012), A Good Time (2019), A Better Time (2020), and Timeless (2023).
