Former Manchester United midfielder, Paul Scholes, has claimed that Manchester City and Pep Guardiola will be more worried about Liverpool than Arsenal in the Premier League title race this season.
The Reds currently sit top of the table with 21 points after eight games.
City are one point behind in second place, while Arsenal are third with 17 points.
Arsenal welcome Liverpool to the Emirates Stadium this Sunday and Mikel Arteta’s side could be seven points behind their rivals if they lose.
“I think Liverpool’s squad is better than Arsenal’s,” Scholes said on The Overlap.
“I think Guardiola will be more worried about Liverpool than he is Arsenal.”
