The Pan Niger Delta Forum has commended youths, ex-agitators and other groups in the Niger Delta region for their peaceful disposition during the nationwide protest against bad governance. The forum however called on the various groups to end the protest, saying their voices have been heard. The Niger State Commissioner of Police, CP Shawulu Danmaman, has dismissed reports of fatalities during the #EndBadGovernance protests in Suleja town, Niger State.  Speaking to journalists in his office, CP Danmaman stated that he had not received any reports of loss of life during the protests, contrary to earlier claims from some sections of the media.
