“Keep Scoring, I’ll Shut Up” – Mikel Obi Tells Chelsea’s Jackson

Former Chelsea and Nigerian international Mikel Obi has fired back at Chelsea striker Nicholas Jackson, declaring, “Keep scoring and I’ll shut up.”

This sharp retort comes amid growing tensions between the two, with Mikel’s bold statement likely to spark further debates. Mikel made this comment during his Monday podcast, *The Obi One*.

Previously, Mikel, 37, had criticized Jackson’s goal-scoring abilities on beIN Sport, particularly during Chelsea’s 2-0 loss to Manchester City. Mikel remarked, “We created chances, we haven’t taken them. And just an example of how Jackson finishes.”

In response, the Senegalese striker didn’t hold back, posting on Instagram, “Mikel Obi, shut your mouth, don’t talk sh*t, we are killing ourselves for Africa,” clearly expressing his frustration with the criticism.
