Late Nigerian music icon Onyeka Onwenu, also known as Elegant Stallion, will be laid to rest today in Lagos.
Onwenu passed away on July 30 at Reddington Hospital, Ikeja, after collapsing at an event honoring Dr. Stella Okoli, the Managing Director of Emzor Pharmaceuticals.
The family has announced that the funeral service will be held at the Fountain of Life Church in Ilupeju, followed by a private burial at a vault in Ikoyi.
According to the funeral flyer, the Service of Songs is scheduled from 10:00 AM to 12:00 PM, while the burial will take place from 2:00 PM to 4:00 PM.
