Afrobeat sensation, Wizkid, has been nominated for seven awards at the prestigious Africa Arts Entertainments Award (AAEA).
The annual event recognises outstanding achievements in the music industry across Africa.
Wizkid’s nominations include top honours such as Continental Artist of the Year and Best Continental Male Artist.
His critically acclaimed project “S2” is also up for Continental Album/EP of the Year.
The Grammy-winning artist is also recognised for his collaborative efforts, with nods for Best Continental Intl Feature for “Work Me Out” and Best Continental Afro Rap Fusion Hit for “IDK”.
Additionally, his singles “Money & Love” and “Ebelebe” are both nominated for Best Continental Afro RnB Hit.
The AAEA award ceremony is scheduled to take place on August 17, 2024, in Kenya.
