Governor Siminalayi Fubara of Rivers State recently administered the oath of office to newly appointed caretaker chairmen for all 23 local government areas in the state.
The swearing-in ceremony took place on Wednesday at the Government House in Port Harcourt, the state capital, under heightened security measures.
