Former Delta State Governor, Chief James Onanefe Ibori has announced the establishment of the Otemu Educational Foundation, aimed at transforming the educational landscape for underprivileged students in Delta state.
In a statement he personally signed and posted on his official social media pages, Ibori said the foundation will locate and sponsor brilliant students who cannot afford to pay their school fees.
“By investing in these bright young minds, we are not only fostering individual growth but also empowering future leaders who will drive positive change in their communities and beyond” the statement said in part.
