President Bola Tinubu arrived in Makurdi, the capital of Benue, on Wednesday, following the outcry over killings in the state.
Tinubu visited the affected Yelwata community located in the Guma Local Government Area of the state and those receiving treatment in hospital.
The president arrived at the Tactical Air Command, Nigerian Air Force Base, Makurdi, at about 12:58 pm.
He also met major stakeholders in the state over the terrorist attacks that have resulted in the loss of many lives.
