The Bayelsa State House of Assembly, has fixed tomorrow (Thursday) for the screening and confirmation of 13 additional Commissioner nominees.
Governor Douye Diri had sent a letter containing the 13-man list of commissioner nominees to the House requesting for their screening and confirmation.
Among the nominees are two former members of the State House of Assembly, namely, Hon. Alfred Watson Belemote and Ebi Ben Ololo.
Also on the list are Chief Thompson Amule and Alalibo West, immediate past commissioners in the Diri’s cabinet.
Others include Prof Seiyefa Brisibe, Geku Godspower (a former Secretary, Bayelsa State PDP), Mandy Sylvanus Akpalo, Prof.Bekei Sese, Alfred Kemepadei, Dr. Faith Izibenua Zibs, Onuma Johnson, Chief Godspower Oporomo and John Alah.
