The Independent National Electoral Commission (INEC) has uploaded over 76 percent of the results from the Edo gubernatorial election on its Result Viewing Portal (IREV). Voters across the 18 local government areas of Edo State turned out en masse on Saturday to elect a new governor to succeed Godwin Obaseki. Checks at the time of this report revealed that 76.26 percent of the results had been uploaded. This figure represents the results from 3,329 polling units out of 4,519 units across the state.
