Additional forty four million teachers will be needed worldwide in order to meet the Sustainable Development Goal (SDG) 4. This is according to a report by the Global Partnership for Education (GPE), under the auspices of the World Bank, which said there is a global shortage of 44 million teachers. Russian football star, Aleksei Bugayev, has been killed in Ukraine after signing up to war to escape drugs conviction. The Nigerian National Petroleum Company Limited (NNPCL) has announced that the Warri Refining and Petrochemical Company (Warri Refinery) with a capacity of 125,000 barrels per day, has commenced operations. This development comes shortly after the Port Harcourt Refinery began its 60,000-barrel-per-day operations.
