Governor Godwin Obaseki of Edo State has dissolved his cabinet ahead of the November 12  swearing in of Senator Monday Okpebholo, of the All Progressives Congress (APC) as the new governor of the state. At least 24 people were killed and more than 40 injured in a bomb blast at a railway station in Quetta in southwestern Pakistan on Saturday, police and other officials told Reuters.
