Governor Godwin Obaseki of Edo State has alleged that the All Progressives Congress (APC) has borrowed N2 billion to N5 billion to fund the inauguration of the Governor-elect, Senator Monday Okpebholo, slated for November 12. At least 24 people were killed and more than 40 injured in a bomb blast at a railway station in Quetta in southwestern Pakistan on Saturday, police and other officials told Reuters.
