The company said as a compliant organisation committed to upholding legal, constitutional, and regulatory duties, it prioritises the safety, strength, and integrity of the financial system. Isaac Fayose, the younger brother of former Ekiti State Governor Ayo Fayose, has commemorated the 12th anniversary of the tragic Dana Flight 123 crash. The Maritime Workers Union of Nigeria (MWUN) has suspended  port operations throughout the country following the directive from the Nigeria Labour Congress (NLC) and Trade Union Congress of Nigeria (TUC) to go on strike. A union official disclosed that all other port formations, including those in Port Harcourt, Warri, Onne, Calabar, and others, had been closed save for Lagos ports. The Federal Government has warned the Nigeria Labour Congress, NLC, and the Trade Union Congress, TUC, to shelve their plan to commence a nationwide indefinite strike action from tomorrow (Monday). The House of Representatives Committee on Agricultural Colleges and Institutions is to hold a public hearing a nine  bills seeking to establish different agricultural institutions in parts of the country.
