Operatives of the Lagos State Environmental Sanitation Corps (KAI) have apprehended 16 miscreants at Terminal 3 in the Oshodi area of the state. The state Commissioner for the Environment and Water Resources, Tokunbo Wahab, disclosed this in a video shared on X.com on Tuesday. A notorious phone snatcher, Sonny Stringer, has been sentenced to two years in prison following his arrest by the City of London Police, according to a statement on the police’s website on Monday, August 12, 2024. The political drama in the All Progressives Congress (APC) chapter in Rivers State has taken an interesting twist as the state high court on Monday sacked the caretaker committee chairman, Tony Okocha. The Ogun state police command has confirmed the kidnap of two Chinese Nationals by suspected armed men around Kemta, along Onigbedu in Ewekoro local government of the state.
