Chief Olisa Agbakoba (SAN), a former President of the Nigerian Bar Association (NBA) on Monday says Nigeria needs Coastguard service to protect our maritime laws just like other developed nations in the world. Former Delta State governor, Chief James Onanefe Ibori has felicitated with his successor, Dr. Emmanuel Eweta Uduaghan (CON) on the ocassion of his 70th birthday today, October 22.
