Prosecutors in Sean ‘Diddy’ Combs’ “sex trafficking trial” allege the musician once ordered a male escort to urinate in the mouth of his ex-girlfriend, Cassie Ventura.

The trial’s opening remarks began on May 12, following the completion of jury selection.

According to People, Emily Johnson, an assistant US attorney, said that the event occurred during one of Diddy’s countless parties, known as “freak offs”.

The “freak offs” are alleged elaborate and staged sexual performances involving male sex workers and women who were reportedly coerced or forced to take part.

Johnson claimed it was at one of such parties Diddy forced the unnamed escort to urinate in Cassie’s mouth after which she said she “felt like she was choking”.

The prosecution also made reference to the video from 2016 that surfaced online of Diddy allegedly kicking, hitting, and dragging Cassie in a hotel hallway.

Similarly, Daniel Phillip, a male sex worker, claimed that he was recruited and paid repeatedly to have sex with Cassie.

He claimed to get up to $6,000 every meeting, with Combs occasionally giving the duo directions or recording.

According to People, Phillip also told jurors that Ventura had begged him to pee on her.

“Cassie was actually the one that asked me urinate on her,” he told me afterwards.

“She asked me if I had ever done that before, she told me to do it. Apparently I was doing it wrong, because they both told me,”

“My thoughts were that this was someone with unlimited power. And chances are that, even if I did go to the police, I might still lose my life.”

Last week, Diddy’s lawyers revealed their intentions to argue Cassie engaged in mutual violence during their relationship.

Cassie is also expected to testify at the trial.

The Bad Boy Records founder was arrested in Manhattan on September 16, 2024, and was indicted by prosecutors in the southern district of New York.

He was also accused of sexually abusing 120 women and men, including a 9-year-old boy.

The rapper faces life in prison if convicted on the racketeering charge. He faces another statutory minimum of 15 years for the sex trafficking charge.
