    …Promises Eventful Experience

The Lagos State Records and Archives Bureau, LASRAB, has charged members of the public to embrace virtual participation in the one-day stakeholders symposium slated for Thursday.
Tagged “Lagos: Bridging Knowledge and Unraveling History” and will hold at the Balmoral Convention Centre, Sheraton, Ikeja, at 9am.
According to the Director General of LASRAB, Ms Toyin Ogunlana, noted that virtual participants would experience wholesome dividends of the program.
Like physical attendees, she said online participants will benefit from the resource of researchers, historians, community leaders, stakeholders, students, and the public as they dissect some of the historical background, colonial influences, and socio-political evolution of Lagos.
Ogunlana added that the symposium will also examine, analyze colonial documents and their sources, and conduct a thorough investigation of the events that authenticate the emergence of the city called Lagos.
She then urged the intending public to take advantage of the registration platform made available.
