City Boss Backs Burnley Manager Kompany For Future Success
Manchester City manager, Pep Guardiola, has made a bold prediction regarding former captain Vincent Kompany’s future, suggesting that he will eventually manage the Premier League side.
Guardiola’s remarks came in response to news of Kompany’s anticipated move from Burnley to Bayern Munich.
“Vincent Kompany will become a future Man City manager, mark my words. Yeah, it will happen for sure. You will call me when this is going to happen,” Guardiola confidently stated.
He also praised Kompany’s abilities, emphasizing his high regard for the Belgian despite his recent experience of relegation with Burnley.
“It doesn’t matter if he was relegated with Burnley. I have a high opinion about his work, as a person, his personality, knowledge of the game, how he handles the media… I’d be happy to see Kompany at Bayern,” Guardiola added.
