The presidency has confirmed that a cabinet reshufflement is to be undertaken anytime soon by President Bola Tinubu.
The Special Adviser to the President on Information and Strategy, Bayo Onanuga, announced this to State House correspondents on Wednesday at the Presidential Villa, Abuja.
Onanuga, however, stated that he was uncertain whether the cabinet reshufflement would occur before October 1 or not.
He restated that it was expected to happen anytime soon.
It will be recalled that President Tinubu appointed his ministers in August of last year, and there have been clamour for changes in cabinet by some members of the ruling All Progressives Congress (APC) and Nigerians due to alleged poor performance by some Ministers.
Recall that the President had, a few weeks ago, given a strong hint of his plan to rejig his cabinet while playing host to some Northern leaders at the State House in Abuja.
