Brilliant indigent students from Delta State who are underprivileged can now apply for scholarships through Otemu Educational Foundation (OEF). The initiative was launched in November 2024 by former Governor of Delta State, Chief James Ibori. Checks by TheScrutinyNG revealed that the website of the foundation www.otemueducationalfoundation.org is now very active and applications are already being received. Crusoe Osagie, media aide to Godwin Obaseki, the immediate past governor of Edo state, has berated Governor Monday Okpebholo over the delivery of two additional generators to the Edo Broadcasting Service (EBS).
